A new bill has just been purposed by the Senate that gives President Obama the ability to "declare a cybersecurity emergency." "Non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license. This bill, if passed will be used to stop the spread of news to the American people so that the Obama Administration can do whatever they want. CNET

We have seen in the past that Obama uses all measures to promote his agenda; including trying to confuse the American people , spy on bloggers, pretending to have messages from God, and this will be no different. Stealing the freedom of the American people to pass bills without their knowledge is the real source of this bill. Obama has tried to shut down grass roots movements, and he has been unsuccessful. The internet has been a tool to assure America’s freedom. We cannot let this happen, the Obama Administration wants to pass bills that force Americans to do things that they would not freely choose otherwise. We need to stand up for our right to freedom of speech. “Cybersecurity” is just another way to hurt Americans.
